Now he has set his sights on the Rock. Somewhere deep within the Dark Angels’ space station lies a treasure for which the Arkifane would gladly sacrifice thousands of lives to possess. Vashtorr therefore assembles a terrifying fleet of damnation, at the head of which he rides into battle in the largest and most grotesque Ark of Omen, to clench his iron-shod claws around the heart of the Dark Angels chapter – he just needs to squeeze to destroy it.

But the Dark Angels are a stubborn and strategically brilliant Chapter. Even in the face of such sudden and devious attacks, their grim determination does not waver. The Dark Angels call every available warrior to arms and dig in, ready to fight for every corridor and every chamber of their home, for every dark dungeon, for every shadow-drenched staircase. The defence is led by their Supreme Grand Master, Azrael, who intends to drive the servants of the dark gods from the Rock at all costs.

As the battles rage and become increasingly desperate, neither attackers nor defenders can anticipate that a third power is rising in the shadows, preparing to strike…

In this 96-page book, you will find:

– The ongoing narrative of Warhammer 40,000, this time focusing on the ambitions of a new and powerful Chaos Daemon
– Stunning photographs of individual models and battle scenes showcasing the forces fighting over the Rock
– Additional rules for using six factions in Boarding Actions – Adeptus Mechanicus, Death Guard, Chaos Daemons, Genestealer Cults, Tyranids, and Necrons
– Rules for terrain features in Boarding Actions, covering the effects of searchlights and surveillance cameras, automated turrets, and cutting robots
– Eight new Boarding Action missions and a system that allows you to link your games into a campaign around the Siege of the Rock
– Datasheets for Vashtorr the Arkifane, Master of the Soul Forges, and Grand Master Azrael, the reborn leader of the Dark Angels

This book also grants you a code to unlock Arks of Omen: Vashtorr in Warhammer 40,000: The App.

To use the contents of this book, you will need a copy of the Warhammer 40,000 Core Rules and Arks of Omen: Abaddon.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0523/1801/1543/products/04030102029_GerAoOVashtorrCodex01.webp?v=1679143879
