No longer able to fight, Zephon took up the dubious honour of representing the Blood Angels Legion as part of the Terran Crusader Host. When the Horus Heresy erupted, Zephon was recruited by the Legio Custodes to fight in the War in the Webway, where he befriended the celebrated Technoarchaeologist Arkhan Land. With his mangled body restored, Zephon, by now known as the Bringer of Sorrow, joyfully rejoined the ranks of his Legion upon their return to Terra.

Released as part of the Black Library Celebration, Dominion Zephon leaps into battle thanks to the bionics designed by Arkhan Land. His jump pack and armour are replete with Blood Angels iconography, and he is armed with his greatsword, Spiritum Sanguis, and twin volkite pistols named Lament and Sorrow.
